Get to know our helpers!

What is a “carer”? We refer to the everyday helpers and nursing assistants who work as carers Empathy and her commitment support our customers and carry out a variety of tasks. 

The most important selection criterion for becoming a carer is that they care about the well-being of our customers. Friendliness, reliability and fun in dealing with older people and people in need are a matter of course for us.

Example of a typical daily routine

  • At the beginning of the visit, we always ask about the general well-being of those in need of care, how they have been doing the previous days, and discuss what tasks or activities are coming up on this day.
  • We start together with various activities, such as changing bed linen, cleaning out the dishwasher and going shopping. We ensure entertainment and as much exercise as possible for seniors.
  • As soon as we get home from shopping, we warm up a meal and play a round of cards. If necessary, we are also happy to help with personal care and general hygiene.
  • Usually everyday household tasks can be completed during a visit. Our goal is to relieve relatives as much as possible so that they can spend more time with those in need of care without any further, annoying household chores.
